METHODS of PAYMENT
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards including American Express by phone, Cheques by post in advance
of the tour date in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
DEPOSITS
The amount of deposit payable depends on the booking and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Our guides are happy to guide on foot by coach or car. Please contact
us to discuss details and availability. Walking tours of Edinburgh are advisable, as several of our streets have
restricted vehicle access.
If you have speciality interests then please contact us as we may have a
guide who can help. Our guides also guide in St Andrews and other areas of Scotland.
Our guides are professionally trained and have worked within the tourism
industry for a number of years. We are an Edinburgh based company of Tour Guides who are very proud of our beautiful
city.
BOOKING SERVICE is available daily 10am to 7pm, Monday
to Sunday. We do not charge for the booking service. If you need assistance with planning your itinerary we may be able
to assist you or you may wish to contact visitscotland.com Scotland's national tourist information service.
CANCELATION CHARGES If you have to cancel a tour please
give as much notice as possible. If cancelled within 7 days of the tour 50% of the fee is payable. If cancelled
within 48 hour of the tour then the full fee is payable.
