METHODS of PAYMENT
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards including American Express by phone, Cheques by post in advance of the
tour date in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is required no less than 28 days
before the tour date. If the tour is booked with less than 28 days to the tour day then the full balance is required
at the time of booking.
CANCELATION
CHARGES
If you have to cancel a tour please give as much notice as possible. If cancelled within 14
days of the tour the full fee is payable.
REFUNDS
The refund amount
depends on the type of booking. If you have paid for guide hire only and cancelled with more than 28 days notice full
fee will be refunded. If you cancel with less than 28 days 50% of the guide hire fee will be refunded.
If you cancelled with less than 14 days notice no refund will be issued. For further information please refer to our
Frequently Asked Questions page.
BOOKING SERVICE is available daily 10am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday. We do not charge for the booking service.
If you need assistance with planning your itinerary we may be able to assist you or you may wish to contact visitscotland.com Scotland's national tourist information service.
Our guides are happy to guide on foot by coach or
car. Please contact us to discuss details and availability. Walking tours of Edinburgh are advisable, as several
of our streets have restricted vehicle access.
If you have speciality interests then please contact us as we may have a guide who can help. Our guides
also guide in St Andrews, Stirling and the Scottish Borders.
Our guides are professionally trained and have worked within the
tourism industry for a number of years. We are an Edinburgh based company of Tour Guides who are very proud of our beautiful
city.

Dear Maggie,
I would like to say a BIG thank you to Sam, Fran and Martin for imparting their knowledge of Edinburgh to the Students
of Coventry University. I know that they have all learnt a lot about Edinburgh as have myself and Hazel (our other staff member
who went on the tour) Our students especially liked Martin’s Tartan Trousers! I do hope that Sam’s tour outside
the Parliament is able to be used by the BBC.
I would also like to say a very big thank you to Sam for putting up with our students on the Trossachs tour. I know

Hello,
My name is Evelyn Manley
and I took a group of 9 people with me to visit Edinburgh with the intention
of improving their level of English. We live in San Sebastian which is
in the Basque region of Spain. I started to organize the trip in March and choose
your company as I liked what I read on the website. Previous to that, I hadn’t heard anything about you, so basically,
I was taking a risk!
I have to say that as a group we were extremely impressed
by the professionalism of our guide Samantha. She took us on a wonderful tour of the city and in a VERY patient way pointed
out different highlights and told us amusing anecdotes along the way. She made everything seem very interesting and enlightened
us with her core knowledge of her subject matter. My group had mixed levels of varying English, but Samantha rode above all
that and won them over with her patience, understanding and above all, her inherent Scottish charm.
My people still speak of her
and of the tour she took us on. I will be highly recommending your tour and your guide Samantha to other groups here in the
Basque Country. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Scotland and
saw a lot in the short time we were there. Nevertheless, I have to add that the inclusion of your tour and especially Samantha,
as our guide, in our itinerary made our trip more enjoyable as we learned a lot!

Hi there,
I booked a 1pm tour in the Old Town last Sunday
