Edinburgh streets are old and uneven.
Please wear sensible walking shoes/boots. The Old Town is especially uneven as there are cobbles and uneven pavements,
which can become very slippery.
If you are planning to visit Greyfriars
or any of the other graveyards please remember they will possibly be muddy and definitely uneven underfoot.
